answer 2
I have used these pans on our ceramic top stove for a month. The pans work well though I have had to reduce the heat level because these pans seem to conduct heat very well. I burned my first omelette but now have perfected the method by using level 2 or 3 on the stove burner.

Question
Can I buy the stockpot separately?
I own the 13" frypan with the two handles and the inside surface looks as good today as when I bought it over a year ago. I was at Kohls in Branson yesterday wanting to purchase just the stockpot but did not find one. I checked on Kohls website today and could only find the stockpot in the set. Does Kohls not offer ii as a separate purchase?

I saw a griddle at Kohl's yesterday but it wasn't the same exact line. I believe it was hard anodized.

Question
What non-stick material is used on the inside?
I am shopping for a set of pots/pans for my 60-70-year old parents. They continue to use Teflon, but would like them to try other, more durable non-stick options. Weight of the pans is a concern. Like the look of the handles for gripping. They typically wash their pots/pans in the dishwasher.

I'm not sure what material is on the inside but they are non-stick, very durable and cook evenly. The pots and pans that I have are very light and I wash them by hand b/c I think they last longer that way. The handles are great for gripping. Hope this helps a little.
