Don't have the red, but research and friends did not recommend as it will fade. Lighter is better, and the tan/beige color looks better outside than in the store.

No, the have flimsy bas to fill with sand. They have velcro clusures and rip easily.
Mine came with seams coming apart, before I even put sand in.
Not designed to hold water in any way and water wouldn't be heavy enough.

No wheels. My husband can push it around some, but there's no way I could ever move it.

The base does not come with wheels, and is not easily moved once it is put together with the 220lbs of sand. The umbrella does slip into a pole that is bolted to the base, so it is easily removable for storage.

I'd guess thirty pounds (or forty with umbrella). It's a little unweildly, too, with multiple pieces that slide up and down.
